How does LinkedIn find and rank jobs?
AI-powered job search lets you describe a role in your own words. LinkedIn says it uses large language models fine-tuned on LinkedIn data, may personalize from your profile and activity, and is available to all members.12
Job match insights compare your profile and resume with a job's required and preferred qualifications. The match level and Top Applicant rating are Premium features, and hirers cannot see your match level.13
